Anti-graffiti paint can be transparent, invisible to the naked eye, so they are ideal for use on historic buildings.

There are two different types of anti-graffiti coatings.

A) Coatings that are removed (like wax), are applied to a surface and then removed when the graffiti is applied. The surface underneath will be clean and the anti-graffiti protection can be reapplied.

B) The other type of coating or paint is a permanent coating, the purpose of which is to prevent graffiti from adhering to the surface.

The most recent protection systems consist of creating layers of polymeric materials that form a gel on the surface of the building or substrate.

Their most important characteristics are:

• Environmentally friendly composition and treatment.
• Sufficient adhesion, without damaging
• Hydrophobicity (water-repellent, water-repellent)
• Resistance to Ultra Violet rays
• Durability to weathering
• Easy to clean

Graffiti protection is suitable for a wide variety of surfaces. The matte version is particularly effective for application on difficult to protect substrates such as rough brick or textured finishes.

It can be used on various substrates such as: concrete, masonry, porous stone, wood and previously painted surfaces.
